You need to wait for the ballot on the FIFA website, I think.

You may also only be able to buy tickets with whatever sort of credit/debit card FIFA are sponsored by.

That's what I thought! But I heard they start selling the tickets for the final right away and I wanna book my trip to Rio ASAP!

I thought that was only for the group stages (they have a lottery), is it the same procedure for the rest of the matches?
