I have to study for an exam and gym for the whole weekend. I had to wake up 7 am this morning to proctor a 3 hours organic final exam.

And in classic fashion, the Italians cut them with breadcrumbs to allow the meat to go further -- but they end up being lighter, more flavorful, and not just chunks of ground meat.

yeah....it's a big door, twice the size and the height of a garage door and we don't have cameras or sth like that so 1 man needs to be around it all the time. It's so stupid i know...there is me and another 2 who "guard" it today...4 hours each by day and 4 by night. I've got my phone and my psp so time will pass a lot more faster.
