But I digress, the fact is that the United States has caused a very signifcant ammount of damage to developing countries and countries with resources. I'm not blaming America 100%, I'm saying that overall you haven't been a force for good in the world, netiher has Britain,Russia,France,Spain,Portugal,Germany,Japan,China,South Africa,Rhodesia,Israel,Iran and so on. There are two types of countries occupiers and the occupied, I live in the later type of country and to me your actions are abhorrent.

Ireland has stood by while it's neighbors were ruled by England. Inaction in the face of wrong doing is as bad as the wrong-doers. As a country that was once occupied itself, one would think Ireland would be first in line to help others in a similar situation.

You did say created. That's all that matters. As if the US had just created the 3rd world out of thin air or maybe even taken down vast empires of Afganistan(the Russians and Islam did far more damage to that country that the US ever did) more and such, when in fact most of the third world was set in stone prior to 1900.

You should really refrain from spouting that "my actions" are abhorant. That's a personal attack and my opinions are not necessarily those of my government. I've probably taken far more action to "give back" and protest my government than you've ever thought of. At the same time, you really shouldn't be surprised that Andy and I don't sit idly by while our country is slandered when many others are just as guilty (maybe not in this century) if not more. And then you have those who belong to nations whose inaction is just as abhorant.
