Simply search JBF in the search engine, and see what was hurled toward him daily in pretty much tons of threads (ALOT of shit that went too far in proportions and type of insults), and then repeat yourselves and try to justify this pathetic ban.

Because thats pretty much what the gay/homophobia topic was about, forced upon him with insults all the time in all the threads. Used as an excuse to bully him all day long. Read the threads, JBF either tried to defend himself, reply in kind or IGNORE it, no approach whatsoever helped, especially with mods involved. But it was "for fun" so its all good (even insulting family members of his was all in good fun it seems).

Its "fun and jokes" when some say it, or grave insults worth of reprimands when others do.
