Being able to control your dreams and do whatever you want in it.
I've done it. Years ago. Haven't really tried since.

I didn't even realize this had a name or had people who formalized thinking about it. I just tried it out myself on a whim when I was younger, and it worked.

How does one do that ?
I don't know if there's a formal method, but I basically found myself half-cognizant of reality while I was dreaming, and I just basically used that part of my brain to express the will to change what I was experiencing in my dream.

Well supposedly there a bunch of ways you can try and certain conditions that make it easier to do. But it seems like a lot to do for something that I'm not sure's gonna work. I've read about it before, but this is what I was just looking at-
