This is me in my most honest state: if someone told me "El, you're gonna go to sleep tonight and tomorrow morning you're gonna have a 6 pack, no work, no nothing... just like that". I'd say FUCK THAT. I'd probably freak out if I saw those bricks on my torso.
Is it even natural? It can't be healthy man..
