Does the Introduction of the new Russian Foreign Policy Doctrine in 2005 constitute a new departure in EU-Russian relations.

that sounds....boring. If i were doing one it would be "Anaylse and evaluate the way the christian, jewish and muslim faiths have influenced and shaped political bodies in the twentieth century"
To each his own I guess, you'd be very hard pushed to find cas studies/ qualitative data let alone a debate within the discourse for your one not to mention how broad it is.

It was going to be a study of Isreal, Iran and USA, its not too broad, if you make it too narrow you have to fill 10 k word count with not much to say.
10k words:
Pre 2005 Eu Russian case studies:
  • Break up of former Ygoslavia
  • Accession of former soviet bloc states
Analysis of strategic relations between the states

Post 2005 case studies:
  • Oil and Gas crisis
  • 2008 Georgian War
Analysis of strategic relations between the states

  • Ratification on the Lisbon treaty and future possible strategic concerns.

I reckon that they are some of the most prevelant instances in poswar politics in the region, you know I don't go near the American School and am eurocentric in my approach.
