I focus more on other exercises rather than lifting weights. More like sit ups, push ups etc. I do weights too but much less, for biceps and/or shoulders.

After todays exercises I noticed they've gotten bigger than usual. I'll keep up with the workouts, it seems it's working but I'll try to add 5 more kilos at least and reduce body fat for 1 or 2 more 2%.

You add a mass and definition, it can't really disappear. It's just one more goal in your life because everything would come out pointless. If people think that way they can already do a harakiri.
