This is a USian thing? I've heard those terms but they are nowhere in my culinary experience. Where I come from there are two terms: "ready" and "burnt".

Why would you want it raw on the inside? :shifty:
I'm not sure how widely it's used. I assume it is pretty common throughout English speaking countries.

Some folk think the meat has more flavour when it is barely cooked.

I like my steak well done or a fraction short of well done (cooked fully and little or no pink on the inside) .

C'mon, Martin. Ask any Torinese if they know what "crudo di Fossano" is.

For the record, I never expected to like raw veal. But it is pretty badass when done well.

Because the longer you cook it, the more you squeeze the juices out due to pressure. You want to keep the juice inside of it and savor the flavor. A burnt steak is worthless.

It's going to be wild night. I talked to one of the guys, and he's reporting some guys are heavily predrinking right now for the occasion. So by the time we are out, I might be the only one able of walking on my feet.
Good shit, you lot roll like we do.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

I thought Al Qaeda hated American products. :D

Here we go again with Ted Kennedy. Around-the-clock coverage like the world has ended.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the guy. But he had quite a lot of privileges because of his name. He could have strived to figure out what the hell was up with his brothers' assassinations, but didn't really do much.

RIP but lets move on, people. Same shit with MJ. The whole nation is in mourning just because of his last name. Give me a break.

Amen. Shit is ridiculous. This people worshiping nonsense is getting out of hand.
