Morning folks.

Tahir, the low pressure system and the associated precipitation has moved off the coast and away from the Jersey area. Now only a lot of cloud cover in Northern Delaware and New Jersey remains, which might persist throughout the day.

If so, I'd say the chances of thunderstorms are slim, but if they would occur it wouldn't be until later in the afternoon. If you can get into the air right around noon, things should be fine.

Hey good look man. I ended up not going though. My instructor wasn't comfortable letting me go in case I ran into something. I might try to go tomorrow instead though but I'm not sure yet. I'll let you know.

Just doing my job.

Problem is forecasting for afternoon thunderstorms is really tough, especially because they can pop up anywhere in the heat of the day as long as there is a lifting mechanism.

And I don't know if Tahir can fly in cloudy skies.

That's what bothers me.

I have to stay 500ft below or 1000ft above and 2000ft horizontally of any clouds.

So a new Yank girl moved into my house the other day, lives next door to me. Strange thing is she has absolutely no interest in me, highly irregular. Not even enough for me to appraise her to see if she's worth bothering with (most people aren't). I'm the aloof one in this place, this is disturbing.

Guys, I've got some bad news. I've been dating this girl I've known for 8 years for about 5 months, and I'd dated her twice in high school. After high school she went into a bad area and had some personal and family problems and turned to drugs. She'd been clean for 3 years just this past June, 15th. She'd been depressed lately with some more crazy hardcore family issues, and she had cut communication with me for 5 days. My father called me last night to inform me that she had died of a heroin overdose. I'm not telling you this for the sympathy or the "woe-is-me" bullshit, I'm telling you this because I want anyone who reads this to know that if you know someone who uses, abuses, or even recreationally uses drugs, do whatever you can to get into their life and into their head and prevent them from doing shit like this. It's not very often that I get really serious on here, if ever, but I want you guys to take something from this.

It's hard to put someone you love in the ground.

That's terrible news Burke. I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm lucky not to have any of my friends die of drug abuse/OD, though one has gone to rehab for it. I hope i never live to see that day though. I'm sorry for your loss bro.
