Now that sounds good.

Those sandwiches also sound great. What are Arabic sandwiches like?

I've had Lebanese wraps before at a good restaurant -- they seem to be somewhat like gyros.
Not sure. The only 'sandwich' I've had are falafel sandwiches. If you're ever in the DC area, check out Amsterdam Falafel (they got Ajax banners hanging everywhere) in Adams Morgan. After Sweden, I've never had better falafel in my life.

Hmm, interesting sort of place. Sounds good.

There's also a Lebanese place in Rockville that has been given props.

Jeez, I am fucking addicted to food. I should start my own show on the Food Network.

Sounds awesome. :lick:

Even if the photo of the guy and woman on their home page makes the place look like a herpes clinic. :shifty:
As long as the chef on the same page doesn't have it, I'm down. :pumpkin:

Tahir, Lebanese Taverna in Rockville.
Haven't eaten there. But I just remembered. You know that mall off 270 (right after/before the 70 junction)...the one with the movie theater, chipotle, TGIF, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc. There's a Lebanese restaurant there and I went there once. Not too shabby but it was too 'upscale' so they didn't really the grab-and-go food, they had actual dishes. If that makes sense.

edit: I think that's Buckeystown Pike.

Are you talking about by the FSK Mall? I think you are.

I didn't know they had a Lebanese place there. Thanks for the info. Might have to go there for lunch with the pops.

Actually, I should have said plaza, not mall. It's right up the street from FSK mall. If you're at FSK mall you come out and make a left, drive under the bridge and make a right at the light where there's a big Honda dealership to your left.

Oh yeah, I know what you meant. I've gone to that Panda several times for lunch and looked at cars right across the street. Lots of good stuff right there.
