Do you follow social media for information?
For example I'm a Youtube buff and always follow some Channels on IT topics.
like this one:
No, not really expecting to with Trump's mission to destroy the US economy either. QA Engineer or any other sort of engineering role that would take me really.

If you have an MBA or strong data analytical skills you might be able to transition into a supply chain/ GSM role. Some GSMs can make 200k+ a year in places like NYC.
Nah no MBA. I'm trying to stay within engineering because my overall quality of life is unfathomably better than when I was working in finance, but if it comes down to it and I have to go back then it is what it is.

Having skill in Power BI is essential IMO.
and degree/certificate is needed for climbing up the job ladder into lead positions. The most important thing for the companies is that you can do functioning good data analysis in a very short time.

For keeping up with IT topics/news, I frequently visit the following sites:

For databases, I follow lots of good bloggers for Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

I'm not the biggest fan of algorithmically generated feeds (social media), where relevant content is randomly interspersed with completely unrelated content.

I still use bookmarks to visit sites. There’s no doom scrolling, no endless feed, and no manipulative design patterns. It’s part of the reason why I love this forum so much. It's so refreshing to actually form real human connections and have nuanced conversations.

Youtube is good but it's very easy to go down the rabbit hole and procrastinate. I'll use it if I need to watch a video tutorial on something.

An American visit Iran,
PS: for knowing view of tourists and foreigners on Iran. Is Iran safe for travellers? Is it worth the trip?

My biggest fear would simply be government corruption and political play.

*looks at phone to check what is being shitposted on tuz*

*JuveJay now sentenced to 20 years for spying for the West*

Otherwise I would be interested in visiting.

As long as you don't raise political issues publicly and online, you'll be safe. Personally, I conceal my political views and don't talk to people I don't know in person. The regime is ruling our country like a stone age laws and barbarism, this country running by lunatic retarded religious but still we have fun if we are careful about our behavior and do not expose everything to the public, many girls and women have completely abandoned the hijab and the government is powerless to deal with them, as if it were a stereotypical law that is only written in the constitution and is not enforced because people have abandoned it in large numbers.
