I'm currently sending in resumes and cover letters for positions at a Dutch commodity firm, but one position clearly states you need a Master's in either economics, agricultural economics, farm mgmt, or weather risk mgmt. I don't have a master's but I will have a degree in weather risk.

What is the etiquette here, apply or not apply?
