Oh they know, that's how they got there in the first place. You could maybe get a studio for that now

. My home is about $1,200 sq/ft, could probably get $600,000 or so for it, but would be more if it didn't need so much work done.
Prices have gone completely off the rails since the start of the pandemic, it's unreal. You would think they would come down as mortgage rate rise but it's really not. I don't understand where all of this money is coming from.
