There's a decent chance the UK record temperature (38.7°C/101.7°F) could be broken early next week. Monday and Tuesday are projected to be 38 on my weather app - I'm 39 years old and I've never in my life seen that for the Midlands.

Already lots of warnings in place because people simply die in this country with those conditions, we're not used to it.

I remember being at my grandma’s house when I was young, she didn’t allow us to open windows on both side of the house with those temperatures, because of the wind she thought it would get too cold inside

Just stay hydrated, keep blinds closed during the day so you house stays cool, you'll be fine.
