I'm not in Germany bro. Our part of Europe kinda sucks in that regard.

Our minimal wage is getting increased in January and it will be like 1.8e for 1 hour.

But yeah. Don't let me mention how stuff over here is more expensive compared to Europe. I wanted some fountain pet and it's 30e here but in Europe it's like 16-18e. I wanted some perfume, it's 100e here and 60e in Germany. It's literally insane.
That is shit. I mean you can’t even buy a coke for 1.8 euro. How expensive are houses there?

Do you really have that big a problem with itchy ass hair?

Maybe I'm just not hairy like a persian but I've never had these problems
The effects of the weather and the warmth of the area where I live have an impact.

Do you itch it? Do your fingers smell like poo after? Do you enjoy your own scent?
Does it tingle?

Lol, houses here are pretty much a dream. I mean, if I could ask for one thing right now I'd like a house/apartment. Over here it's like mission impossible for average folks (majority).

50 square meters goes from like 45k to 100k depending on the location here in the capital. I think it would be possible to buy for 30 in some worse areas but you'd need 10-15k to renovate the place too. Some locations are currently under the construction like "elite" places and over there you go for 150-500k but that's mostly for investors, foreigners, elite whores or celebrities. So I think average mortals go for 40-70k flats which is mostly 30-40 years of credit where they take your soul in order to pay that. We've had a huge inflation over the past 2 years, though.

It's only IT sector and programmers who are getting a good pay here. The rest of struggle between poor and average.

Damn two bedroom flat about 65 sq meters is well beyond $450k around LA. and houses we are talking a million for a normal house.
Come work here for a few years and go back and buy it cash, you already know the language better than most people here plus you get to watch mighty Galaxy play as bonus :D
I need to take what pennies I can gather and retire there when the time comes.

Yeah but gotta take wages into consideration. Many people in the US earn crazy money, some hit 100k per year. We get 6000e and out of those you get to save like 1000 if you're a reaaaaally good with savings lol.

I'm still not sure about leaving. I love plenty of things here despite sucking financially totally. As for leaving for EU, since we're not in the EU, it'd be possible to leave for only 3 months. Not that easy to find papers, work permit and such stuff.
