I was out bouldering with a girl from the climbing gym the other day... at some point, I don't recall how it came up, I said "idle hands are the devil's playthings." So she flips her lid, starts going off about how I am an ableist asshole, she can't believe I could say something so appalling, and that she knows someone who has some sort of disability with their hands, and she was so disgusted by my insensitivity and inability to recognize my privilege of being born into a healthy and properly functioning body.

Anyways, I said that this was one of the most "supremely retarded" rants I had ever heard. Was scared for my life after this.

Time to stay away from climbing gym for a while. Angry mob of Everyday Feminism types might lynch me.
