So coming back on my afternoon hike I am exiting this park. Some wannabe-gangsta/attention-whoremonger-in-a-hoodie pulls up his convertible to the no-parking side of the park with his stereo blasting hip hop to annoy the neighbors. He gets the hot dog vendor nearby to ask him to turn it down for the neighbors, and he ignores him and walks off into the park with his car idling and his stereo blasting. Obviously for some important bizness. The hot dog vendor mentions he's parked in a red zone.

Next thing you know, the hot dog vendor reaches into his car, turns off the stereo, removes his keys, and whips them down an embankment full of bushes and weeds. I'm laughing my ass off. And then I think about this guy has probably gone through life with people doing things like this in response to him and he must think, "Why is everybody else in the world such assholes?!" And I laugh even harder.
i like a story about rude fuckheads that ends with justice served

I'm not sure how you could not see that I was joking. But you managed.
its hard to tell with someone who is frequently unnecessarily aggressive like you. you totally would make a tiff over something like this and try to make someone look stupid with your superior knowledge of the law.

Not very likely. The law is one thing, morality is another. This guy was being a prick and was mildly punished for it. I agree with the vendor.
