Hard to know, the fact that I'm in the job nearly three years only benefited me in that i could partake in a closed selection pool.

My past achievements with my employer count for feck all which is bs, but I guess it would make it an unfair process if there was favouritism based on that.

If i don't get to stay on I'm not too bothered in all honesty as I think its time to follow a different career path at this stage in my life.
