- all this effecting my commission
Let me guess, the manager decided that his role is suddenly diminished when things start going wrong?

Actually, our manager doesn't have a say on how the company operates. It was more like "we'll do this" than "can we do this" type of order. She actually accepted this now, but us supervisors didn't which clearly demotivates the shit out of us and the agents.

That company had promised me a 2 week training and they said they will call me, but nothing happened, and it's been 3 weeks now. :sigh: I guess they won't even call.

FML, that was my only interview I had, I sent a couple more CV's around but nothing.
