He can be good poster (good observations on the game, despite speaking too much in absolutes for me liking), has good influence on football topics and generally behaves, despite being rage roid obnoxious every other posts at times, but problem with him is he doesnt know how to deal with basic antagonistic posts (besides the main issue of having little regard for people who disagree with him), his solution to it is just ant up the aggression and insults, which is basically what those who mock/antagonize him want (and in this I agree with Deneb, some should leave him alone, they bait and poke for pages when he is making normal posts til they get the desired reaction, but ultimately its his responsibility how he behaves).

But also majority of the team he just flat out begs for it by being obnoxiously "I'm never wrong" smartarse to normal posters who just want to have basic discussions (its escalates, he could be having good good ontopic posts for pages, then one post that questions him quite innocently and he just goes on I'm your God" mode). Just needs to learn to avoid belittling for no reason and creating unnecessary tension, and seriously just stop blowing out whenever his approach as a poster is not appriciated by more antagonistic posters.


Ultimately he is a good influence for the footballing parts of this forum (brings up enough interesting topics/angles to things), so he should seriously check his temper and know how to avoid not getting banned, its should be really easy.

I agree the arrogance and obnoxiousness is nothing new, I'm not saying the mods should do anything different with him (only that they should make those who follow him around solely to provoke to cut it too), its up to him to cut down on the BS destructive attitude and behaviour, but still, just saying he is not all bad. He just has a knack for digging holes for himself, huge ones with how obnoxious he can be towards different view points.

That is very true, its truly annoying, and he used to be way worse at that regard (I used to flat out ignore every posts of his earlier this year, was on hyper mode with nonsensical tirades), he doesnt overdo it as he used to, can and does have quite good discussions, even though he yes ultimately at the end he is too arrogant for his own good, to have serious and continous discussions with people. Has a knack for putting his whole leg in his mouth with the God complex attitude he has in terms of his approach to other viewpoints (hate to say it, but the attitude is bit faschistic, if thats a word).
