When I sleep in day time it's usually after workout
That's the best thing. But I was so tired I really needed a nap, but it turned out to be worse than before.
It's 19:30, I never go workout at these hours. I usually go at 18:00 so I'm done by now. Now it just weird, I guess it's a habit.
I could really use a cup of coffee (I'm turning out to be a huge fan of coffee), but I guess it will have to wait.
