I wish I had a boss :D . Getting a job that isn't lowest level of service is hard.
You have to start somewhere, I started a job carrying furniture boxes and opening them then throwing the empty boxes. Later on I started assembling the furniture then I worked at the post office sorting terminal, you really don't want to know how monotonous the work is there. I then worked in a warehouse then on an assembly line and all that was done with an engineering degree in electronics and a masters degree in industrial economics. Three or more years with such jobs then a head hunter found me and put me in a consulting company.

Without experience a job is even harder than you can imagine.
