In order to open up a basic $10,000 line of credit employee credit card account for expenses for my start-up, my company's bank -- of which we have six figures in the balance in a savings account -- requires a signed resolution from a Board of Directors meeting with a unanimous vote on a corporate resolution stating their approval.
This is like having to get your mayor to pass a city ordinance to grant you a post office box.
