Just tried making my own green curry paste. It is fucking amazing and actually spicy compared to the bullshit that supermarkets sell.

Problem being i dont have a pestle and mortar so i had to wrap a knife in a towel and use a bowl....bleak times.

So apparently my ex- manager, someone I've been using frequently as a job reference, got arrested last month for grand theft and embezzlement

But you know, some people are stupid and will not even ask such questions of the guy giving the reference.

Funny thing is I talked to him shortly after he was arrested (I had no idea at the time) and he was fine with being a reference. Dickwad didn't even mention that he had just been busted for having 30k worth of store property in his house.

That's crazy. Maybe you can use this opportunity to sue him for something.
It doesn't affect me.

You could always tell your future potential employees that your reference "received public recognition for his enterprising financial initiatives."
