Had some problem with my eyes last few weeks so I need to have shorter shifts and spread my workload out over the whole week, including weekends.

just got home from work..drinking my coffee, and done a change of shifts so i'm gonna work tomorrow too. At least i'll see Juve's game in peace :)

No. Basically I took all kinds of tests and they couldn't find anything physically wrong with my eyes. Just that they sting a bit after a lot of computer use or reading, so they said what they always say "it's probably from being tired, get more rest".

yep..that happens, a lot of rest, minimising your light to a minimum at your display and tv will help

Yeah, whole semester I'll be having those, which is pretty much horrible.

The strange thing is that reading on paper seems to make me more tired that a computer screen. Doesn't really fit with the whole "computers are bad for you" dogma.

i wanted to sound more like good morning vietnam thing :D

@ martin - that's what my mother is saying for years...so far i have no problems and i'm at least 6 hours a day next to my pc (in bed watching movies or on the chair)

6h is nothing, I've probably been on 12-14h for the last 10-15 years. But then not everyone is a computer geek.
