That's a bs excuse if it bothers you all so much ignore it and discuss the thread and posts on the merits of what I posted.
It's not an excuse at all. The image you project to this group of relative strangers is that of a relatively fanatical Christian, first and foremost. So you should not be surprised to be treated as such.

Last time I checked being treated as a christian doesn't mean being mocked and not taken seriously about anything else. When I post on something it shouldn't matter whether im a christian or not unless that's relevant

Kate's got a point in that you do come across as Christian first and member here second.
Well Christ is more important to me than Juve so I am a Christian first but like I said above that shouldn't be relevant in non religious or Christian discussions. You all make my Christianity more prominent than I do. If we were all at a pub and I had a nice crucifix on top of my Juventus jersey and you could see my crown of thorns tattoo you wouldnt just talk to me about Jesus

But religion is a sensitive topic, and by putting it out there so blatantly people can be threatened/irritated by it. While to you it might be a statement of how happy you are in your faith, to others it can easily be seen as an "I'm better than you because I'm Christian". In no way am I saying that this is your intention, but it is a possible reason why people pick on it. If my username were "GodIsDead", my user title "Atheism Rules" and my signature a quote about how the Bible is a load of crap and evolution is the only way forward, it would definitely get Christians talking to me.

Ok so if that's the way you are known as a girl and you live gigi should I talk to you about vaginas and gigi Buffon only? Everytime you post even if that's not what your talking about?

As a Christian it is my part in this world to make Jesus known and with my sig and post I do. I also am many other things and maybe if some people looked past their prejudices and biases they would see that

I've got plenty of friends with jewelry and tats like that. They never talk about God.

this is what alienates people imo there are enough people making Jesus known with words and not enough with action, heres a cool pic for you

Well not all who have that are actual flesh Christians man. Its easy to profess Christ with your lips but most do not with their heart.
also I do not speak about it all the time if you look more often then not you all start the discussion

Nobody is saying it doesn't have to be important to you. But to a lot of people it's a little like:

Bob: Hi, AC. How's it going this morning?

AC: Christ died for our sins.

Bob: OK then. So did you see the match yesterday? Could you believe that bonehead move Pepe pulled?

AC: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son.

There's an old stereotype where the white dude says black people make everything about race, and the black dude says that's because everything is about race. It kind of applies here.
