they have a variety of great beers

you should try shiner, its actually really good stuff
Shiner sounds familiar.

I may have sampled that when intoxicated, as I have no clear memory of it.

How widely available is Guinness in the US?

Different sorts. Green pepper, banana peppers, and jalapenos. It's damn good with the cheese, nice flavors.
I actually had it with hot peppers before and it was quite good.

As the good beer? Nah, Stag.
Yep as the good beer. I hate beer but if I had to pick one of the two it would probably be stag since the taste is less harsh than Carib.

The good bars have it. The shitty bars don't. Simple as that!

The beer distributors should have it as well.

Now that's what I'm talking about. Adds a great kick to it.

I'm still trying to figure out what the best topping is while baking. I used bread crumbs last night, which was good, but there has got to be something a little better.

My version of Mac n Cheese is the one from the box but we have something very similar to what you make called macaroni pie. I top it off with grated cheddar cheese and then use lots of freshly cracked black pepper on on top of the cheese and then bake.

That sounds pretty good.

What do you use for the sauce? I use some butter, mustard seed, paprika, touch of basel, salt, black pepper, cheddar and milk.

Milk, cheddar, salt, black pepper, flour, butter, a pinch of nutmeg, maybe a drop of mustard and sometimes onions that has been finely blended in the food chopper. I make a white sauce and then mix it into the macaroni then top it off with the cheese and fresh black pepper.

Ah yes I forgot flour.

And that onion idea also sounds good.
