Enough of that talk. Dinner time. Taking the missuhs to
Jardiniere as a kind of pre-birthday thing.
The dinner theme is Criollos, as today is not only Talk Like A Pirate Day but also Chilean Independence Day. So they have a Chilean menu to pair with wines of a winemaker in Chile (whom I'm actually longtime friends with and am a member of their winery).
I think I'll order the Caldillo de Arturo Vidal... :lick:
