Christians in Iran? They must have that "we are surrounded by Inter fans" complex big time.
Tell you what they probably felt more hostile in mumbai than they must have felt in Iran. After they learnt their daughter married a muslim they never tried to contact her or anyone from the huge family tree. She dies and they come to show sympathy and claim a part of her estate (which they had no hand in earning or knew existed) and one bitch (she was pretty hot though) told me she only came because she wanted to see kashmir and the seven sisters. The 2 days i was there i tried to make life a living hell for the girls :D

You should have faked being a christian just so you could get free travel, food & accommodation to see Hoori.:sergio:
They were cheap bastards man. There were just 3 guys in a group of 10 and they used up all my razors in a couple of days. It was like they were eating them.

They are mega-Christians. When my parents got married and my mother didn't take his name, she received a 7 or so page letter detailing the eternal damnation that awaited. They're fun folks.
Oh man. That is messed up. But at the same time, it should provide plenty of entertainment options if you want to convince them that you're the anti-Christ over trivialities.

I have a pretty interesting entended family, although i hate them all and try to avoid each any every one of them. My grandmother was a Christian from iran who was basically kidnapped by her aunt and brought to mumbai. She was 7 back then and that was the last time she saw or spoke to her parents or family.
My grandfather was 21 and she was 17 when they took off/ran off to the southern part of the country and would return after 10 years.

A few months ago my grandmother died and we learnt that the relatives from iran would be visiting to pay their respects and when they arrived they were not impressed when they learnt there was no christian in the family :D it was fun.
That's quite a story, Woody. I had no idea you had Persian roots like that.

You should have seen me when i was sporting a beard :D

It's a big detailed story,i tried to tell it in a nut shell. I never knew about it until just a few years ago. My family has never been cool with my maternal relatives. They did not approve of my parents marrige either but things changed a lot and fast and they ended up running after us trying to reconcile.
