I hadn't seen those before.
I don't know how familiar you are with the layout, but it goes pretty much straight out and straight back in, with the holes on each nine running alongside each other (http://www.standrewsgolf.org/elements/pics/old-course-map.jpg).
On most of the holes, therefore, you have out of bounds on the right of the hole and lots of space on the left, since there is another hole there.
As long as you aren't prone to leaking the ball to the right, you'd stand a chance round the Old Course.
