Registered a US account, then logged into play.spotify.com and used Hola unblocker to spoof my location. Strangely, this location info is stored for 2-3 weeks, so I can log into my Spotify app (PC AND phone) and use it without any limitations. In fact, the only thing I can't do is pay and become a premium member.

I'll check that song in a bit. I'm certainly liking reggae more n more these days.
