Dio saved Black Sabbath

extreme thrash yeah, admittedly I don't really listen to much thrash these days besides tallica, megadeth, slayer and testament but to call slayer generic is stupd. it would be like calling beatles generic because so much music copied them.

it's heaven and hell :agree:

they should've just taken that name in the beginning
Why should they have changed their name?

That's ridiculous, especially considering that Ozzy was the LAST member to join the original Sabbath.

because they don't really sound the same. they were such an iconic band it doesn't make sense to me (not that sabbath with dio weren't).

Sergio

Also considering that Ozzy's contribution consisted almost exclusively of coming up with vocal harmonies.
and guitarists write different stuff for different singers. I doubt ozzy would be singing over neon knights.

A friends birthday party coming up soon, her name is Caroline, nicknamed Caro, Imma troll her all night with this song and make everyone sing along for extra effect :D

Though not as fun as ages ago when we hounded her with this classic all the time :p
