honestly the only mid that should be safe is Locatelli. But Arthur and Ramsey are almost impossible to sell for different reasons, and we still have that 50/50 thing with Boca for Bentancur I believe. That leaves Rabiot and McKennie as the most likely to go imo.

McKennie is worth about 30 given the current market, Juve would have to shell more to get someone to replace him and as many others have said, he is far from the weak point in midfield. Makes no sense to sell him just to risk it on an unknown when we have plenty of worse mids

Is he? He has been dreadful this season. Today was better in comparison to his other performances this season but a lot of the same issues are still there.

I'd sell all 3 without hesitating.

We really dont have plenty of worse mids. Imo the only quality one we have is still Loca even tho he had a quiet few games. The rest are hot and cold, but the others hot is on a higher level than McK. He still lacks awereness and urgency defensively and doesent read the game well. Its no coincidence we concedes 8 of our 13 goals with him playing (and we scored 8/14 when hes on the bench btw.) Hes useful in offense for his high jumping ability, but there arent many great things about him. Easy decision, for 30M, you sell and get a midfielder who can play between the lines. Imagine if we had 30M available last summer and got De Paul for example, instant starter and improvement on this abysmal midfield

He should score the most because he is plays with no tactical awareness and just runs towards the box with little thought to what is behind him.

I'll agree that on set pieces he is very good but we need our midfield to act like a midfield and control the game. We saw today and against Inter how badly it performs when Locatelli is crowded out or isolated.

Yes but Ramsey gets you zero million euro (if we are lucky to find someone to take his 7M wages) and while Rabiot could get you some 20-30M, he also earns 7M and will be difficult to sell. You cash in on the McK hype and improve the team, then in the summer try offloading other bums like Rabiot
