Real have apparently turned their attention to Woodgate so now's the perfect time to make our move for Canna. We desperately need a world-class centre back, and though Fabio isn't the youngest kid on the block and has suffered a decline in form at club level, he can be that for us. Next to Thuram he should be able to form a solid central defensive partnership. Oldish, but good nevertheless.
