@CalcioJuventus: Toronto FC just signed Mista from Atletico Madrid.
Lol really? that is exciting. He was very good in his Valencia days. I met him as well when I was in Spain. I was jealous of NY, Seattle and LA having the European marquee players.

On another note who thinks the Dutch can beat Spain? I think they will end up being like Argentina who had a great attack but fell short in defence. Japan, Uruguay and other less elite teams caused alot of problems for the dutch defence so I would think Spain will have even better chances.

You and Nick are getting confused with 'Best goalscorer' and 'top goalscorer'. A top goalscorer is one who just scores the highest amount of goals in a particular tournament in consideration. The 'Best goalscorer' is what you guys think of Ronaldo. I don't deny that Ronaldo's better than Klose. But if Ronaldo's too much of a fat-ass to be good enough to score in the WC again and increase his tally, then what's wrong with Klose scoring more than him? Why blame Klose for doing his job?
Were not blaming him, just showing our frustration if he gets that title off Ronaldo.

Maybe he doesn't. Maybe he will score two offside goals against Uruguay. If so, then it would not be a bad day for football, but rather a disastrous one.
Bringing referee mistakes into this doesn't help you, Brazil get more favors from the refs than anybody.

I'm not accusing Ronaldo of scoring any blatantly offside World Cup goals but he did surely benefit from it.

Silly or not, I don't care. These records should be held by true legends. Klose isn't one of them. He sucks monkey balls compared to the likes of Muller and Ronaldo.

Oh, and yes, it would be a bad day for football.
Maybe the true legends should score more goals than guys like Klose? Or perhaps Klose's scoring rate in World Cups will make him a sort of legend when people look back on history.

If Klose takes the record, it's not a bad day for football. Maybe in your elitist head it is, but in real life it's just another record being broken.:D

Bah, they are annoying pricks, especially Puyol, but this generation is too strong. They deserve this final.

Well played today. I don't see the Dutch winning the final. Congratulations on the WC win Spain.

Hope I jinxed it :D

I'm not going to shoot you, but hey, I'm going to shoot you.

That's a good one, Kyle.

There isn't anything elitist about it. I just don't like mediocre players holding records, that's all. Don't need to insult me over it.

How ridiculous, Andy. And how hypocrite. You hate people who like the big teams to win, because they like historic clashes, but at the same time only true champions can hold records. Come on, man, get a grip. It's one or the other.

That wasn't an insult or meant to be an insult, sorry if you took it as one.

The notion you're promoting however, is elitist. 15 goals is 15 goals whether they're scored with finish or flash.

Its not like that. I said Brazil gets help from the refs in the World Cup.

And yes there is a difference between pointing out the subtle decisions that go their way (which he benefits from) and saying that Ronaldo regularly gets away with scoring offside goals.

Uruguay 2-1 Germany.

Quote me.
The Germans will play it like it's a final. It won't make a difference to them. Actually, being more relaxed they can smash Uruguay just like they did to Portugal 4 years ago.

The Uruguayans have no fuel left. They already gave their all.

Germany-Uruguay 4-0

Quote me.

.
This I agree with, the Germans cracked under the pressure of coming up against Spain.

Uruguay are no match for them and without the psychological pressure holding them back it should be very one sided.

Not to mention Klose will be the most motivated player on the pitch tomorrow.
