Puyol is a big game player, he might not be as consistent as he was 2-3 years ago, but he keeps on showing up in the big games.
The Germans were a tad too conservative today, they never really tested the Spanish. Kudos to Del Bosque, he knew that the Germans will rely on counter attacking him, and he was completely ready for that. The way the Spanish team pressed hard for the ball so high up the pitch, made the game even harder for the Germans.
Spain and Holland should be interesting now.
