Lord Triesman's allegations about referee bribes in this tournament don't seem so far fetched now.
Ridiculous.

England aren't the only team to suffer from poor officiating in this tournament. They have every right to be pissed off, but they can do nothing about it. Focus on beating a mediocre German team.

I'm fuming.

It should have been a simple call the assistant was in line. It would have been another thing if he was behind the play but he was right there and saw it.

Lord Triesman's allegations about referee bribes in this tournament don't seem so far fetched now.

he was on the edge of the 18! not on the goal line

Europe's finest. Always were always will be.
Shame they needed such an awful call by the refs to stay in the lead.

But they'd have won anyway.

Go go go Deutschland.

it was;nt the refree to be honest, the blame is on the lines man who did'nt call it. the ref was too far to pass a judgement on it.
The ref is also to blame. Everyone knew it was in. Capello didn't even wait to see the linesman's flag because it was SOOO clear that the ball passed the line. It wasn't even close. I guess it was .5 meter in

FIFA
