Hamsik :lol2:

overrated piece of shit.
i dont know ahmed the problem is not him to be honest, at least from what i've seen which is just 20 mins of the second half before jsc went crazy on me:D but the entire team imo is poor so there is not much to expect from hamsik a lone. with that being said i can see he is a bit over - rated.

not just from this game Bisco, always thought that he sucks...but many people here are obsessed with him just because we could have signed him when he was at Brescia.

I must tell you that you know very little about football if you think that way.
Put him in a good team and he'll be irreplaceable.
But yes, he won't give you youtube tricks Zarate and Quaresma provide.

He's younger than anyone in the Azzurri team and he already has the experience, work rate (the lazy label is the funniest I heard since in every match he runs more kms and has more interceptions than anyone else. Also, always a topscorer for his team) that very few have there. Needless to say that he'd have made the Azzurri starting XI without a problem and he'd have been a key man there, where he will actually have players to play with.
But if you put another very talented player, say Marchisio, in Napoli's or Slovakia's starting XI, he'll do much worse than Hamsik.

But I will let the future have the final say. I have no doubt that he'll be a starter in a big team and he'll be signed for big money. That will at least tell those who wonder how can someone who doesn't make tricks like Zarate, make it.
Mourinho saw those qualities and never missed an opportunity to praise him. Many coaches do that too. But that's why they are coaches who earn millions and we are posting on a forum.

Isn't that the same lineup that was completely clueless against Paraguay in the 1st half. Marchisio as a trequartista again?

:sergio:
It's New Zealand. The worst team among the 32 teams. Lippi decided to use this formation. He won't give up after just one match, especially if NZ is the 2nd opponent, and he will give it another chance.
Lippi isn't a coach who doesn't change formations, he will do it when he sees the need for it, but it will be silly to give up on what you thought is the best formation after just one match, in which, tbh, Italy weren't bad.
