I really wish you guys would stop arguing over who supports who, etc, it's so fucking old, and it's not like there's going to be any agreement. Just watch the damn football, if you want to bitch, bitch about Inter and Manu, because they're the real cunts:agree:
Sooooo true.

Burke doesn't know German. Or at least he doesn't know how to write it properly. I would never call you German. By that standard I'd be French and Spanish myself.
Of course I'm not German, and I'd never claim to be. If I'd call myself that I'd be exactly like Gio with his fictitious Italy.

That would be awesome. Unfortunately there are people on here who are obsessed with telling other people who they can/cannot cheer for, instead of just cheering for who they wanna cheer for and STFU about it.

GOLD!

guys which nation gio supports should'nt be made into a big deal bec not every one here understands where he is coming from or on what he basis his support. finally its just football its not war. andy u bleed for your nations colour and thats def respected, hoori, rab, gio, marcello, etc love italy and they chose to support it whether thats right or wrong is left to every ones judgement and it should'nt be an issue bec its there right to chose the team they root for. i do understand your point and i know how it sucks when fan boys take away allt he credit from the opposing team let that be the us, algeria, egypt, england etc but i'm pretty sure they do this as a joke to get back at you for standing yr ground when it comes to which nation a person should root for.

today i was a fan booy for ghana bec they r from the same continent as me, but then i changed my mind bec the wifey was getting pissed off and i dont want to sleep on the couch after tonights great performance from the aussie's u would'nt want that would u :D

any way back to footie guys.

No I'm not.
You don't know the details so don't judge the things without knowing it.
You're not a Serb?

Man, I always thought you are
But I'm confused....your Serbian is perfect and you know so much about Serbia and ex-Yu. Do you only live in Serbia, without "Serbian blood", or you're half-Serb living in Serbia?

I thought Giovanotti is only an Italian version of Jovanovic. :frown:

credit where credit is due, australia played a great game. ghana sorry u really dont deserve to win this and with out any brutality intent u guys dont deserve to advance bec this is africa's problem when they have the easy way to go we love to be cocky and arrogant and take the hard way. for the love of god ghana was very slow in finishing an attack its like they know they can win this at any second and thats why we will never compete properly. so at the end of the day i feel australia could've and probably should have finished this off.

Don't know why they didn't try to win it against 10 Australians. Would've been the safer bet than to try not to lose to Germany IMO.

It is a big deal, especially when he insults my nation's football. All he does is fall back on a nation that isn't his own, and that is pathetic.

Give us the details then.

I told you several times , but obviously you didn't follow, my father is Italian and I lived there before the famous bombardment.
And even without that fact everyone can chose what to do, it is not up to you or the president of the country. According to me you can do whatever you want if that does not harm other people. But that is another story.
And supporting other nation (as you would like to say) does not harm anyone but your psychology.

Yeah.

Still, even if they won they weren't gonna qualify for sure and again they would have played not to lose against the Germans. But they'd have had some advantages because if they won then even a 2:1 or 3:2 (maybe even 1:0) defeat against Germany would have qualified them.

1:1 FT :weee:

Now all your boys need to do is to beat Australia and they're in the knock-outs, no matter what happens on Ghana-Germany.
And if Ghana won't beat Germany you will even be group winners.

But you must beat Australia and that will not be easy at all.

Go, go, go Serbia.

P.S: Wait, if Ghana beats Germany then they are definitely out
if germany beats ghana they will win the groupe they have +3 goals right now and i doubt serbia can win by many goal against australia
or do they proceed by seeing direct comfrontation between the teams???

Dude you're so infinitely more pathetic in your pretentious, childish behavior than a guy cheering for a team he likes could EVER be. Oh no he said something bad about US "soccer". It's not like there are alot of good things to say about it anyways.

Where do you come off telling people what they can and cannot do? Just because you are the weird soccer guy to other americans doesn't mean you got any authority on who can cheer for whom.

If Gio is half-Italian and if he spent his childhood years in Italy, then I see no problem at all if he supports Italy, and even if he supports Italy over Serbia.

And if he says that he's half Italian who lived in Italy until 1999, then I don't see why shouldn't we believe him.
