Decisions were soft, but it that wasn't a yellow then other weren't yellows as well, at least 4. But whatever, who cares, we took 3 points there.

I think you are misplacing the blame here. Ivory Coast was already on the decline & it showed in the African Cup of Nations. If anything I think they should have appointed him earlier.

players mentality is part from coaches job and i don't blame the coach i blame the fuckin' government who appointed him as their coach.

EDIT: and if they have a national coach it would have been different.... i just don't see any progress for African teams with this foreign coaches.

Tough luck the World cup came to Africa when the continent's football is on a sharp decline. Nigeria is a shadow of themselves, Cameroon is dead, Ivory Coast are just too full of themselves, South Africa... hmm lucky to be in the world cup, Ghana has potential but that's it and lastly Algeria, just when they got the discipline issue right the skills flew out if the window.
