@Marty you weren't lying about getting drunk last night
the bets from Israel vs Portugal don't need to be returned as that was a regularly played game (odds were set to 1.00 only so we could reopen the event as that game was played way earlier than all the others).
Only bets from the Northern Ireland vs Russia game need to be returned as the game was postponed for today due to snow.
some more bad news - the N.Ireland vs Russia game was rescheduled for the 23rd, today, but it got postponed again (I had included it in today's event). Should I settle that one again "no winners" or you'd rather tinker with the DB

@Marty settled this w/o any winners for the N.Ireland-Russia game, so you can do your thing the easy way
