Not good enough for Juve; and saying he is better than Del Neri isn't really saying much. Moreover, and according to most people he lacks flexibility and won't revert to a different formation. Hence, we would be forced to deploy a 3-5-2 and we don't have the personnel to pull that off.
His tactic don't suit our squad at all and would hijack our mercato for the worse. He's not even that good a coach looking at his credentials so its not wise to take a chance on another manager with one real season to show for his career. If we have to change again, then what? Where are we going to find a good, available manager with a similar system to Mazzarri's?
Joe's got the answers :D

Krasic is one of our better player's this season, I wonder if they would take that into consideration when forming a squad. Mazzari can't be that stupid to completely disregard Krasic to play his ridiculous 3-5-2. Maybe we can see a 4-3-3 out of him next season.
Mazzarri has NEVER played with a 4-3-3. We have a far greater chance of making the CL this year than seeing Mazzarri use the 4-3-3.

Next season it will be either 3-5-2 or 3-4-3.

But doesn't Mazzarri play also 3-4-3? I mean, isn't Hamsik playing in the front three? Or between the midfield and the attack at least.

3-5-2 does not suit us at all. On the other side, 3-4-3 could be taken into account and also allow Krasic to play in this freakin' system.
I think Krasic will be used on the right of the trident or else take the bench for Marchisio in midfield. Marchisio would be the one to "equal" Hamsik.
