Is that euros or pounds...I thought they were willing to let him go to Middlesburgh for £4mil?

I'm not sure of this (the time may have run out)...but I think they still have to pay Celtic a percentage of any transfer fee

I don't know about paying off Celtic, but they don't really own Viduka - they bought him on a kind of hire-purchase!!

As for how he'd do in Serie A, he gave Roma a really, really bad headache a couple of seasons ago in the Champions League, and he was linked with them for £15m at the time. He is, as people have said, like Vieiri, but a bit less prolific. He's still a fine striker, who could use a bit of self-dicipline when it comes to training and personal fitness, but who has the skill to succeed anywhere.

Someone said that he has dicipline problems - that's correct. He's gotten himself sent off twice at least this season, and regularly picks up yellow cards for stupid off the ball incidents (reacting to devious defenders for the most part). It's an element of his game that could do with work too, but it's part of his attitude on the pitch. He is lazy, but he's a poacher, so it doesn't matter. How much running does Trez do?

He is not a Juve material, let alone the price tag of 10 million will never attract Moggis attention...

    juve back for viduka ones

again Mark Viduka is being associated with a move to Juventus. The Italian media suggest that talks have already begun with his agent. Juve could target the Australian who would be a cheaper option than Christian Vieri. New boss Fabio Capello already targeted the Leeds player while he was in charge of Roma

i heard that capello want to make a forword line on juve like

Right. But even since then he has been going down hill. He simply isnt good enough for a starting place with Juventus. Do they plan to replace Trezeguet with him? Or is he wanted as an other striker. If its the latter he will be about as useful as Salas.

    Vieri wasn't born in Australia

Viduka is strong and is pretty nimble for such a big guy, but he's nowhere near as deadly as Vieri, quite inconsistent I might add. I like him as a player, but I don't think he's Juve material
