Following a spectacular opening season in the black and white stripes, midfielder Arturo Vidal is gearing up to do it all over again.
The 25-year-old, who joined Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, will this year be competing for a midfield berth with new arrivals Kwadwo Asamoah and Mauricio Isla.
Yet the combative Chilean believes the increased competition can only be a good thing as the Bianconeri look to take Europe by storm.
Speaking directly after this morning’s kit presentation at Juventus Stadium, Vidal said: “We did really well last year and it won’t be easy to go one better. We’ll also be playing in the Champions League, there are many important competitions ahead of us and we want to try and win them all.”
“The competition for places doesn’t scare me, it’s the overall strengthening of the team that counts. I’m ready to get going again and give my best for the team.”
