Arturo Vidal is already looking forward to Saturday’s Roma encounter after playing his part in grinding out a well-earned point against Fiorentina.
The all-action Chilean midfielder was full of praise for a “considerably improved” Fiorentina outfit and believes the Bianconeri did well to cope with the difficult conditions at the Artemio Franchi.
The 25-year-old said: “It was a difficult game. They were quick and it was a red-hot atmosphere. Fiorentina have improved considerably from last year, they play well and have plenty of quality. Now we’ll think ahead to the Roma game. It’s an important encounter but I don’t think it will present any more pressure than usual.”
