Vicente would be a brilliant signing imo. He's an absolute stunner of a player when on form, and easily one of the best left wingers in the world. The combination of his pace, ball control and dribbling skills is amazing, and he scores a long-range scorcher every now and again.
Yep.

For those of you who are saying we don't need him, why the hell not!? A pacy, skillful left winger would be an awesome addition to our squad. We haven't got much power on the left side of midfield at the moment, and with one of our few lefties Nedved going over the hill, I think Vicente would add plenty of attacking power to our midfield. If we can get him, I say don't hesitate.

Mendieta, Javi Moreno, Jose Mari etc

Also that there are so few Spanish players in Italy, name a handful successful Spaniards over the last decade.

From what Ive seen him playing in Valencia this season, he is good. I dont know that much about him, but if he's old then it sucks.

How many times does it have to be said that whenever a spanish player comes to Italy he miserably fails. That is why we or Inter did not buy De Pedro. Thank God we did not buy De Pedro, and I am praying we don't get Vicente!

Serie A+spaniard = A FAILURE!

I dunno, it's not as consistent as gravity (though it does come close  ). I don't think he'd be too shabby playing in Serie A, but i guess nobody knows until we see him play

vincente's really unpredictable and classy.he has such vision-i remember a certain goal he created for aimar last season when he flighted a perfect ball halfway across the field while sprinting and being harrassed by two defenders,unbelievable:cool:- and would add alot of spice to the team.

it would be a good move, albeit a risky one.

vicente is class but is spanish. thats a problem. bad record in italy. i mean, the great mendieta even failed.

and Kapo is signing for Valencia to replace Aimar i think. whether he joins us i have no idea. but inter is rumoured to him as well. i'm sure many are after his signature.

could you imagine we sign Aimar? it would be a dream!

You can't judge Spaniards by what their compatriots have done in Italy, they could become adapted to the Serie A! You can never know for sure

Hell, why not, give Vicente a try. After he is a big failure we can blame Moggi for another disaster. Then Vicente can take his place on the bech along with Camoranesi, Legro, and Di Vaio.
