    hey Martin,,u dud the vb3 to XT ,, but ur ORIGINAL HOME --> Juventuz still isn't updated 2 the latest v-bulletin forum type ....

    Because XT was "simpler" to update, less work, I thought I would use it as a test and see how well it goes before I do juventuz. Then I never got around to the latter.

    well, XT proved success with the new vb3 system, y dont u find spare time and install it here ;)

    Amr, you seem to think that upgrading a forum is a matter of simply downloading a file and running the installer. I've never done such a thing before, but I imagine it's not as simple as that. Believe it or not, Martin has a life outside this forum and I'm sure he'll do the upgrade in his own time, so u might wanna quit it with the wink wink, nudge nudge, shoving him in the back to hurry up and get it done.

    Just my thoughts :)

    The total time spent in upgrading XT was about a week, that is 6-7 days working full time. Juventuz would be more than that, maybe a week and a half.

    Wow, it takes that long! :eek: To be honest I don´t know if I think it´s worth it then, I think it´s fine the way it is now.

    And why does Juventuz take longer? Would have thought XT would be a bigger job, with it being bigger and all.
