Fuck you Ranieri. Plain and simple, fuck you. We need Sissoko, a player who flat out told us to suck it last summer, when we already have Nocerino and Zanetti, but we don't need Van der Vaart? Sissoko is not an improvement, to boot, we have many DMs and will get Marchiso back. On the other side, Nedved is about to retire and is our only AM (and VDV is twice as good as him, and not that they are competing, but he is considerably better then Giovinco too). We are soooo covered in AMs that 40mins from now we will probably start against Catania with either Nocerino or Sala playing that position. Yes you read me right, we are so short in DMs and stacked in Ams that we have to play a DM like Nocerino as a rightsided AM

I'm not denying VDV is a good player who can excell at Juve, I only believe we should invest in good defenders first , get Marchisio and Govinco back for our midfield. sell Almiron and possibly Tiago with that money we can look for a replacement for Nedved by the end of the season

The only smartass here is you. Firstly, Van der Vaart is not really a playmaker or a central midfielder. Try to catch a few games of Hamburg. He is more of a supporting striker and thus not in charge of dictating the gameplay, which Ranieri obviouly wants, and which Giovinco could provide even better. Van der Vaart could provide something like Del Piero but since Del Piero is not retiring, I guess Ranieri is not desperate.
2nd) Sissoko is not preferred over Van der Vaart. Buying Sissoko won´t close the door for poetential VdV signing. Also VDV is almost impossible to sign in January, if that was what you were implying.

,we need to buy players right now. I hope you've seen the game against Catania and how clueless our entire team was, so the reinforcements has to be made now , not in the summer.2nd) Sissoko is preferred over every other player on the market right now and when our "transfer guru" splash the cash on him any time soon it will close the door for any other signing in this transfer window.
Our board will not buy the players we want , but at least they should have realistic sense for what we need and not what our current manager blindly wants. Valencia got burned with that Italian colony that Ranieri brought with him at his second spell as their coach.
