I know this has been posted before but how easily he gets beat for pace kind of worries me...

Has he lost alot of pace due to his injuries?. This could be a problem when he gets older!

And wikipedia says hes had alot of these injuries over the years and even mentions him having a history of partying.

I'll admit that I've never seen him play but is he as good as hes hyped?

Nedveds replacement should be taken very seriously and I hope we get it right.

I really like VDV, not as much as Modric, but I really like him. But...if Giovinco is as good as people claim to be, I'm not saying either, than what the heck do we need VDV for?
I think we need both because you can't just put all that pressure on a young player to bring in the goods. I know in the past it was done but the game changed and its tougher for younger players in big clubs to excel straight away.

Also bringing them both in would give us a certain compatibility factor, you have to consider that VDV won't fit in straight away as well and would need some time.

Yeah ... juz look at Tiago and Almiron struggling to find their feet at the moment. Even Nedved struggles initially but the rest is history.

If my memory dun fail me, Camo came in straight to the first 11 after his transfer to Juve and impresses everybody.

Hope VDV does the same if he do come to Juve esp he comes with a reputation.
